Our Recipe

Kitchen of Kindness is a volunteer-driven movement where neighbors come together to prepare & deliver homemade, kosher meals- nourishing both body and soul.

A project of Chabad of South Palm Beach, Kitchen of Kindness was born from a simple belief — that cooking for someone is one of the most meaningful ways to show you care. Whether it's your first time volunteering or you've been with us for years, there's always a place for you at the table.

Every meal we deliver carries more than just food. It carries warmth, respect, and a quiet message: you matter, and you belong here.

Rooted in the Rebbe's Vision

Before Kitchen of Kindness packed its first pan of food, the Lubavitcher Rebbe was already shaping how America feeds its families.

When Congresswoman Shirley Chisholm found herself assigned to the House Agriculture Committee — a post she considered a dead end — the Rebbe saw it differently. He encouraged her to use that seat to make sure children and families had food on the table. Her work helped expand programs like SNAP and WIC, providing food assistance to tens of millions of Americans.

As Chisholm herself later said: "If not for the Rebbe, many more children in this country would go to bed hungry."

Kitchen of Kindness is our local answer to that same call — fresh, homemade kosher meals, delivered with dignity, to neighbors who need it.
